Letter from the Executive Director

Dear Board Members, Staff, Volunteers, and Supporters, 

Writing this letter is bittersweet, as I am writing to share that my last day as Executive Director of Belknap House will be October 30, 2026.  

Leading this organization has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. Together, we have built a resilient team. I am deeply proud of what we have built together and the positive impact we continue to make for the people we serve. 

Our board and leadership team are working closely to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of leadership. Kate McIntire has been hired as the new Executive Director and she will, no doubt, be successful in leading Belknap House going forward. 

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and trust during my time here. While I will miss our daily work together, I am excited to watch Belknap House grow and succeed in its next chapter.
